Terms and conditions

-Self Check-in from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. From 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM is available only upon request.
Last-minute reservations are only with self-check-in.
-€50-100 will be pre-authorized on the card to GUARANTEE the reservation and will be released at the check out
-Tourist taxes are not included in the price and are equal to 7% of the reservation
-Not smoking
-No animals
-Identity documents are required by law to access the facility
-You cannot invite extra people to the reservation without our authorization
-No unaccompanied minors (unless with parental authorization)
-If you prefer 2 separate beds instead of a double bed, it is necessary to notify at the time of booking. Extra beds at a cost of €15
-Always agree on a check-in time
-Cancellation is free with refund or data change up to 7 days before check-in, within 7 days the customer is obliged to pay the full amount in any case and there is no reason, not even due to force majeure, for for which a refund may be expected
-Guests must respect the anti-Covid regulations and apply the protections also within our facilities, also always respecting the Covid decree provided for in our city
-Guests are responsible for the separate collection of garbage, they ask to carefully follow the waste in the house
-When checking out we kindly ask you not to leave the kitchen too messy or the dishes to wash
-No breakfast included
-Children under 3 years old do not pay if they sleep with their parents
-Silence times to be respected from 10.00pm to 7.00am
-There is no private parking
